Chef Frank Bilotti of Staten Island, New York began his love for culinary arts as a youngster helping his parents in the kitchen. His foundation was heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, which later sparked passion and the urge to see what the food industry was truly about . Starting off at the age of 14 in a ravioli shop and moving to a prep and line cook at a local hotspot,  he solidified his desire to study professionally at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island.
Soon after graduating, Frank jumped back into the fire with a whole new outlook and a burning desire to create world cuisine. Wanting to learn as much as he could from both the restaurant industry as well as off premise catering, he maneuvered his way through the ranks landing  his first Executive Chef position at the age of 23. He has since held that title at some of the most popular restaurants on Staten Island while concurrently showcased at special events, fundraisers and festivals. Throughout the years, Chef has received multiple back to back recognition on his menus Via “Michelin Guide Recommended.”
Additionally, he has competed on Gordon Ramsay’s “HELLS KITCHEN.” Season 13 as well as FOODNETWORK “CHOPPED.” And currently working on other shows and media, Chef Bilotti is quickly becoming a household name. He has been fortunate enough to work hand in hand with some of the most talented chefs and celebrities.
